Rentals : From Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am
Water, electricity and heating included. A 30 % deposit is necessary at the time of reservation. Keys will be provided upon arrival by the owner and a deposit of 200 € will be required.Cleaning at the end is optional(60 euros°.Towels and linen are 60 euros(set price).Taxes are:2,25 euros per personn and per day
One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 750 €
Week-end from Friday 12:00 am to Sunday 12:00 am : 400 €
Mid-week (Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) : 450 €
Holidays : 850 € for a week and 400 € for a week-end
One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 850 €
Holidays : 850 € for a week and 500 € for a week-end
One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 950 €
Unless we are able to rent out the cancelled period to other guests,( in which case you will be fully refunded,) the booking deposit remains non-refundable.
If we receive written notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, you will owe us no further outstanding balance. However, if written notice of cancellation is made 30 days or less before the date of arrival, you will owe us the outstanding balance unless we are able to rent the property for the period.
In case of cancellation, we always make every effort to rent out the house for the cancelled period.
Regular arrival is 4:00 PM on Saturday to 10:00 AM in season and 12:00 AM off season for weekend and mid week rental (October 1st to April 30) please let us know if your arrival will be delayed.
The rental prices include utilities. These are included within reasonable limits.
The guest house is not equipped with a regular home phone. We recommend cell phone rentals. We do provide wireless high speed internet access at no extra charge.
The guest house has guidebooks and games for your enjoyment during your stay. Please be considerate and leave these at the house for our next guests to enjoy.
Instructions will be given on how to leave the keys in the house when you leave. We reserve the right to charge for replacement of lost sets of keys.
We reserve the right to charge for any items which are damaged, broken, or go missing during your stay, and may charge over and above the 200 euro damage deposit.
